WKTV's Weather Forecast: "Feeling more like summer here for the next two days.

A frontal boundary to the north will lift north today, taking away any leftover clouds with it this morning. A southwesterly wind flow around the back side of this area of high pressure will circulate warm air into the Northeast over the next few days.

A cool but frost free start to the day. Sunshine is on the way after a few morning clouds and temperatures will climb to near 80 degrees. Skies remain clear tonight with overnight lows near 50.

The mild southwesterly wind flow will continue into Thursday as well, where high temperatures will climb into the mid 80's. Humidity levels are expected to be low, so this will not feel like the traditional 'hot and humid' summer day.

A cold front will approach on Friday with just the slight risk of a shower or storm. Temperatures will still be on the warm side with afternoon readings slated to be near 80.

Over the weekend, the cold front that moves through Friday will put it's breaks on and stall south of us. This front will serve as a focusing mechanism for showers and thunderstorms. On Saturday, the front will be far enough south to keep us dry. The front will ripple a bit further north on Sunday and Monday, giving us the chance for showers and thunderstorms. The weekend is not expected to be a washout."

In the village, the Sweeper was on White Street ......

"Resurfacing" of a different sort - new siding - is being installed at

Suzette has redone the wreath on her Madison Street door.

This pretty doorway is on Elmwood Avenue.

Flags are always "in style" and this year old-fashioned buntings are hung over the Smiths' Stafford Avenue doorway .........

I hang oranges on an old willow tree outside my kitchen window for the Baltimore Orioles, but they also appeal to chipmunks, nuthatches and this Red bellied Woodpecker.
