FROM WKTV: "TYpical mid spring weather is expected here for the next few days: warm, sunshine filled days, with chilly nights.
High pressure will park itself over Central New York over the next few days. Clear skies and light winds have allowed temperaures to fall below freezing in many spots this morning. A frost advisory continues for Oneida, Madison, Chenango, Otsego and Southern Herkimer Counties until 8AM this morning.
Despite the chilly start, this afternoon is looking quite nice. Skies will average mostly sunny today, with highs climbing into the low 60s. It will cool off quickly this evening, especially once the sun sets. Overnight lows will fall to near freezing once again. Widespread frost is expected again tomorrow morning. If you have any outdoor plants, bring them inside or cover them this evening.
More sunshine tomorrow and a bit warmer. Frost is yet again possible, though less widespread tomorrow night. Continued sunshine for Wednesday, with highs approaching 70. A cold front will bring us showers and thunderstorms Thursday afternoon."
